The Quidos Accreditation Scheme

The Quidos Accreditation Scheme is a highly respected scheme that operates to ensure that all its members are fully capable of conducting high quality energy assessments within the built environment. This involves carrying out extensive checks on the credentials of applicants, and following this up with continual Quality Assurance monitoring throughout membership.

The Green Deal

We are already in the process of training up a good number of assessors to be qualified Green Deal Advisors, and will be operating as a Certification Body for Green Deal Advice Services once Advisors get qualified and begin registering their completed reports. If you are in the process of qualifying as a Green Deal Advisor and would like more information on the application process to become certified then please contact us and we will be able to help.

Courses and Training

We offer a wide range of learning opportunities in domestic, non-domestic, public building and air-conditioning energy assessment, as well as smaller courses focusing on health & safety, building regulations, measured surveys & floor plans, CAD training and property photography. We also offer a number of online learning solutions, with an ever expanding portfolio of modules.

Software and Support

Along with both iQ-Energy and AIRS our inhouse software solutions for Domestic and Air Conditioning assessors, when accredited with Quidos, you will have access to a range of third party software packages, for use when conducting assessments and lodging reports. The majority of these packages are available free of charge to accredited members in addition to our in house software.

Green Deal Advisor Training
Quidos is proud to announce the launch of its Green Deal Advisor training course. Completion of the training course will qualify candidates to complete Green Deal assessment reports for domestic properties. Green Deal assessments will be required for anyone looking to take up a Green Deal finance package when the scheme is launched later this year, and only qualified candidates will be able to produce the reports.
