Commercial lease plans are produced through a professional measured survey. They display a scaled, accurate and detailed representation of the property in full compliance with RICS Code of Measuring Practice (6th edition) and the Land Registry Practice Guide.
Lease Plan Regulations
Lease plans are a mandatory requirement for the registration of all leases for more than 7 years, with the Land Registry.
All properties that have leases which are captured by this legislation must have a lease plan of specific requirements.
