Quidos Limited are a nationwide professional property and energy services agency. Working for several years alongside some of the biggest names in residential and commercial property has allowed us to understand industry needs, and to tailor a range of services to make working with property more cost effective and hassle free.

Our network of professional draughtsmen, surveyors, energy assessors and photographers are trained in-house to the highest standards, exemplified by our status as approved ABBE training providers, and operators of a Government-approved accreditation scheme for domestic, commercial, public building and air-conditioning energy assessors.
In 2009, we are at the forefront of implementation of the latest Government legislation on air conditioning inspections, designing software to generate reports which are now mandatory on buildings across the country.
Our Managing Director sits on the Government Steering Committee for the development of the whole suite of Energy Efficiency Certification products. Currently we are negotiating the second generation of Energy Performance of Buildings Directives, making sure our clients are represented at the highest levels of decision making.
