Accreditation: A quick overview...
To be able to practice as a energy assessor you must be accredited with a government approved accreditation scheme. Quidos is a government approved accreditation scheme and our obligation as a scheme operator, is to verify that all our members are "fit and proper" to carry out Energy Performance Certificates. This involves a thorough investigation of the applicants credentials; along with continual Quality Assurance monitoring throughout the membership.As standard we provide the following to all levels of accreditation

- Monthly bulletins and On-going technical support to all our members.
- On-going technical support and a free and dedicated DEA support hotline.
- Easy upload system available for Quality Assurance.
- A dedicated member's area, where you can share ideas and download technical manuals.
- Direct Access to industry experts.
- Quidos Assessor I.D. card.
Service and Support
We are committed to customer service. We realise that as an Energy Assessor this is your livelihood, and as such we ensure we offer the very best in support and a deliverable product. We provide a support desk for all our members, we do not use complicated phone systems with menu's and sub menus. When you phone Quidos you will immediately speak to a support advisor, able to answer your queries immediately. Our support desk operates during office hours, although we will be extending these hours as and when it becomes necessary. If our first line of support cannot answer a query it will be escalated to either our IT support team, or business advisory panel. Depending on the nature of the query we would expect to have a response within 24 hours. We also provide Quality Assurance checks on all members work, and essentially act as a police force to enforce a high standard of professionalism, reliability, and accuracy.
