Domestic Energy Assessor Accreditation
We are offering two different packages for subscription for domestic energy assessor accreditation
Package one
Package one is designed for people who want to save time, as once we have set up the direct debit with you, your membership and lodgments are paid automatically. This package offers:
- No upfront annual subscription charges
- A simple, low cost monthly payment of just £4 plus VAT a month
- Payment of lodgement fees by direct debit saves you £1 each lodgement
Package two
Package two is designed for people who wish to pay their annual membership upfront and pay their lodgements by BAC's / Credit Card or Cheque. Package two offers:
- A simple one off payment of £50 plus VAT for annual membership
- Monthly invoices payable by cheque and credit/debit card
- Option to move month by month subscription after 12 months

We offer two packages for our commercial energy assessors, thesenew packages will be for the full commercial spectrum including CommercialEPCs, Display Energy certificates and Air Conditioning Reports.

What is the Essential package?Quidos Essential is a new, no frills category of membership for energyassessors, known quite simply as "Quidos Essential Membership". Thisno frills level of accreditation reflects the feedback we have received fromexperienced assessors who wish to get their reports from site visit intoLandmark for as little fuss and most importantly, as little cost, as possible.Quidos Essential does just this.
So, What's The Deal?Basically our new Essential package will be a pay as you go service, so,much like mobile phones you will be able to buy lodgement credits in advance touse as you require, plus, as with any good pay up front offer, the more you buythe better deal you get, just see below for how low you will soon be able toget your reports into Landmark, you might just be surprised!
Unlike other schemes offers, this new package does not require exclusivityto our scheme, after all - what's wrong with a little healthy competition?
What's The Difference Between Essential and Regular Membership?Well, in order to bring our fees down for essential, we have had to removeone key ingredient, free tech support, this means no 24 hour online ticketsystem for logging queries or direct telephone support team, that's not to saywe won't be happy to talk to our members but simply that we won't be providingfree EPC or DEC related support for Essential members. Other than that,everything is exactly the same, right down to the very flattering photograph onyour accreditation card!
What If I Don't Want To Be An Essential Member?Don't worry, we will be continuing our regular accreditation membership forall of our current members and what's more, in line with recent market events,we too have lowered our standard accreditation fees to ensure our membersmaintain the best possible deals in the industry.
