The Brochure Process Explained

Stage 1 is to set up the templates.
This can be as simple as copying an existing design you like, or we can supply you with an entirely new look to freshen up your brand.

Stage 2 is to collect the content.
You will need to supply text in a Word document format. We ask that this is the final, edited and amended version. If we have visited the property on your behalf then we can get to work on the first proof straight away. If you supply your own photos, floorplans or maps, please provide them in a high resolution format: We prefer floorplans, maps and diagrams in Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) format.

Images are best in high resolution ‘.JPG’ format (300 dpi recommended).

If you do not have these, would like us to check any files, or have paper copies you would like scanned, then all you need do is ask.

Stage 3 is the delivery of the first proof provided by email in .PDF format typically within 24 hours.

Stage 4 is to amend the proof.
We provide a second proof incorporating one round of amendments free of charge. You will incur a small charge for any amendments made after this.

Stage 5 is for you to provide final approval by email. Your brochures are then printed and delivered within 2 business days if final approval is received before noon.
