We can design any type of brochure, offering a range of finishes to really make the property stand out from the crowd. Importantly, our service is personal. With Quidos, you will find no automated systems or clunky web interfaces.

Our service
1. Choose a template for the brochure
Your brochure can be completely personalised, or will follow your existing style or template. Alternatively, we can design a whole new template for you to give your brochures a fresh new look.
2. Supply text content
All text to be included in the brochure mustbe supplied by you in a Word document. To allow the process to be as efficient as possible, we ask for this to be the edited, amended and final version of the text.
3. Photographs and plans
If we have photographed and/or produced floorplans on your behalf we can begin work on the brochure immediately. If you supply your own photos, please send them to us via email in a high resolution, JPG format (300 dpi or 1mb +). If you supply your own floor plans or location maps, please provide them in PDF format.
If you do not have these types of digital files, and require paper copies to be scanned, we are very happy to do this for you.
4. First proof produced
The first proof can be produced within 24 hours, and is emailed to you in PDF format.
5. Amend the proof
Call or email us with any necessary changes.We will amend the brochure and send the latest proof to you as soon as possible. This process can be repeated several times, until you are completely satisfied.
6. Final Approval
Once you are happy with the brochure, simopy email us with your final approval, including the number of brochures, and desired print finish. This step is always required in writing.
Print options and finishes
Brochures can be produced in any format, using digital or lithographic print. Price cards of our most popular options are available, or for one off projects you can call to discuss your requirements.
Digital Print
Digital print is perfect for property. Runs start from just 50 copies,and reprint prices are low, so you can reorder when stocks run low. Delivered in 2 business days.
Litho Print
For superior quality and high run particulars, we offer lithographic printing. This is suitable for runs of 200 and above. Delivered in 4 business days.
A range of finishes are available on both digital and litho print, please ask for details. They include:
- Wire or perfect binding
- Saddle stitching or stab/loop stitching
- Range of papers including pearlescent finish
- Gloss or matte lamination
- Spot UV laminate (on only the photos or areas of colour)
How quickly can brochures be produced and delivered?
First proofs are available next business day, and amendments can take just an hour or two depending on volume. We always accommodate rush orders and can turn brochures around very quickly with your cooperation.
Ultimately it is the approval process which can cause delays. If you can gain client approval early on, then the print process will usually run smoothly.
