NDEA Accreditation
All energy assessors must be registered with an approved Accreditation Body such as Quidos to be able to produce commercial EPCs. As an accreditation scheme we are responsible for ensuring the quality of you the Energy Assessors and of the EPCs you produce.
With an increasingly high demand for Commercial Energy Assessors, it is vital that you choose an accreditation body that supports you.

We are committed to delivering the very best customer service. We provide a support desk for all our members and do not use complicated phone systems with menu's and sub menu's. When you phone Quidos you will immediately speak to a support advisor, able to answer you queries immediately. Our support desk operates during normal office hours.
We will keep all our members up to date with technical bulletins and industry related newsletters.
You will also be given the latest version of the government approved software; iSBEM for free. We always keep you up to date on new software releases and updates.

NDEA Level 3 and level 4 what's the difference?
NDEA Level 3
As an NDEA Level 3 assessor you can only assess existing buildings that have a heating system up to 100kw heating 12kw cooling and natural ventilation:NDEA Level 4
As an NDEA Level 4 assessor you can assess all other buildings that have a floor area less than 10,000 m2 and do not required Dynamic System Modelling, this includes new builds.Regardless of what level Energy Assessor you want to be accredited as you can rest assured that Quidos offers the software, tools and support to meet your needs.
