From 6 April 2008, all newly build homes will need to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) provided on construction. The builder or person responsible for the construction is responsible for obtaining the certificate and providing it to the owner

*Candidates who complete the Quidos ABBE DipNDEA Level 3 Qualification; qualify for a 20% discount on their 1st year’s accreditation if they chose to become accredited with Quidos.
**Existing members of a Quidos Accreditation scheme are entitled to free Level 3 Commercial Accreditation Membership, for the duration of their current year’s membership. Thereafter they shall benefit from a 10% discount on the advertised rates. Training and APEL charges still apply.
