Non Domestic Level 3
CEA’s ( Commercial Energy Assessors) accredited at level 3 can undertake Energy Assessments on basic existing non-dwellings.
Level 3 is restricted to site based energy assessments, it excludes new build properties from plans / design specification.
Non Domestic Level 4
Level 4 accredited CEAs can undertake assessments on new constructions and existing non-dwellings. They may also oversee other surveyors collating the necessary data to produce the final EPC. However, the level 4 assessor takes full responsibility for the final EPC.
Non Domestic Level 5
Level 5 accredited assessors are qualified to take on assessments on all new build or existing non-dwellings. They may also oversee other surveyors collating data on their behalf to produce the final EPC. Again the Level 5 assessor takes full responsibility for the final product. As of yet Quidos is not offer this level Accreditation.

*Candidates who complete the Quidos ABBE DipNDEA Level 3 Qualification; qualify for a 20% discount on their 1st year’s accreditation if they chose to become accredited with Quidos.
**Existing members of a Quidos Accreditation scheme are entitled to free Level 3 Commercial Accreditation Membership, for the duration of their current year’s membership. Thereafter they shall benefit from a 10% discount on the advertised rates. Training and APEL charges still apply.
