Public Building Energy Assessor Accreditation

All large buildings occupied by a public authority or by an institution providing a public service are required to have a Display Energy Certificate (DEC), which shows the actual energy usage of the building.  It is Public Buildings Energy Assessors (PBEA) who are qualified to provide DECs, and all PBEAs must be a member of a government-approved accreditation scheme.

The Quidos Public Buildings Energy Assessor Accreditation Scheme offers its members first class customer service, technical support and value for money.
