Summary of our DEA Accreditation Scheme:
- Membership fee = £176.25 (Discounts for those who trained with Quidos)
- Choice of software to produce EPC’s; we currently use Quest and Pocket Survey (we will never charge for desktop software provided
- EPC Transaction Fee = £5.25 or £8.75 depending on the software you use (excluding Landmark Charge)
- Discounted EPC fee for annual volumes

New Pocket Survey software
Quidos now offers a choice of EPC report software. Accredited DEA’s now have the choice to use the industry leading software Quest or to use our new software Pocket Survey to produce their EPC’s.
