Domestic accreditation includes the following:

If you can accredited as a group of more than 5 DEA's who haven't been accredited with Quidos before we will only charge £100.- for accreditation.
Service and Support
We are committed to customer service. We realise that as an Energy Assessor this is your livelihood, and as such we ensure we offer the very best in support and a deliverable product.
We provide a support desk for all our members and do not use complicated phone systems with menu's and sub menu's. When you phone Quidos you will immediately speak to a DEA support advisor, able to answer you queries immediately.
Our support desk operates during normal office hours, although we will be extending this hours as and when it becomes necessary. If our first line of support cannot answer a query it will be escalated to either our IT support team, or business advisory panel. Depending on the nature of the query we would expect to have a response within 24 hours. We also provide Quality Assurance checks on all members work, and essentially act as a police force to enforce a high standard of professionalism, reliability, and accuracy.
