What is Quidos’ time period for booking an appointment with a vendor?

The general rule is to book an appointment within 2 days of receiving the instruction. There are obviously mitigating circumstances, which can prevent this from being fulfilled, in which case, we need to be informed.

RRN Deadlines:

Once you’ve visited the property and carried out your EPC we require the RRN back with us the following morning before 10 am.

If I join you panel how will I be notified when work is available?

Quidos will always ring you when there is a request for work in your area, based upon the postcodes you provide. This allows you to accept or decline the request, once accepted Quidos can proceed to pass you the details via Quest, allowing you to view your instructions. You will be required to contact the vendor and arrange an appointment within 2 working days.

Why have I been assigned a login to Quest even though I am accredited with an accreditation scheme that does not use the Quest software?

We have assigned you a login to the Quidos Closed System so you can view your instructions on Quest. This saves us time, however, you still produce your EPC with the software you are most comfortable with.

I’ve booked the appointment, what happens now?

Once contact has been made with the vendor and an appointment booked, email the details of the appointment to EPC@Quidos.co.uk.

I’ve carried out the appointment, what happens next?

Once the appointment has been completed, email the RRN to EPC@Quidos.co.uk so that we know that the appointment has been fulfilled.

What is the process for invoicing?

At the end of each working month, total up all the jobs that we have sent to you, and mail us a hard-copy to : Quidos Accounts Payable; 10 Argyle Street, Bath, BA2 4BQ. Please make sure to include the following details:

Your Unique Quidos Panel Number (UQPN)

A break down of your monthly jobs please only lists the work you have done for Quidos.

A breakdown of jobs should include the following.

Full address of each property

The date you’ve undertaken done the job.

The rate of pay per job.

The total amount of you invoice.

The address payable.

Your bank details

I am unable to log into Quest

Ring the CLI number provided in confirmation/welcome email from the mobile phone number given upon registration before attempting registration.

I am unable to login an error pops up stating: 2nd CLI server not found

Check that you are calling the CLI server from the mobile number you provided us with. Allow to ring for more than 2 rings before attempting log in.

If, after attempting both numbers provided, call us on 01225 448 500 to discuss the next step.
