This one hour CPD module gives a thorough introduction to the subject of lease plans and looks through the mandatory requirements that must be met when a lease plan is produced.

Whilst this module does not go into specific detail about how to actually sketch a lease plan, it should provide assessors with an overview of what is required in the process.

In addition, this module gives an overview of how the lease plan process usually operates from start to finish in the real world, as well as what the legal requirements are in relation to lease plan production.

By taking this CPD module, assessors will find themselves well equipped to decide whether or not lease plans could offer them a viable income stream in the future.

Completion of the module will provide one hour’s worth of CPD towards an assessor’s annual requirement.

This module is comprised of a presentation, followed by a short multiple choice quiz, which assessors will need to pass in order to obtain the certificate for the CPD.

Upon completion of the module and successful undertaking of the quiz, a copy of the certificate will be provided to the assessors via the Quidos Training team.
