Membership Requirements
We will need to ensure you are who you say you are, and that you have
the proper qualifications to carry out your duties as a DEA. Therefore
we will need evidence of the following from each applicant:
- DEA or HI Diploma Certificate
- Passport (if you do not have one then a birth certificate, with another photo ID)
- Driving Licence (both parts if UK)
- Signed Basic CRB - which is available from Disclosure Scotland (click here)
We are very aware of the security of this personal data, and as such will never diviluge personal information to anyone without the applicants consent. Identity theft is a real issue these days, and we realise that we have a siginificant duty to protect your identity. We have invested heavily in the latest technology to ensure the security of this valuable information.
Unfortunately this will result in time consuming identity checks every time we communicate with members; but this is a small price to pay for the security of our members data.
Quidos Ltd are registered with the ICO; and as such under the Data Protection Act 1998 and undertake to process personal data in accordance with the legal requirements of the Act.
