QAS Application Process
To apply please print out the Application form (below), fully complete, attaching all required documentation and send it to us (preferably by email, but we will accept snail mail). Once we have provisionally accepted you to the scheme, we will send out a Membership Agreement for a signature. Once this has been returned, we will provide the Accreditation Membership number, and access to the software to begin trading. We anticipate this process to take no more than 7 working days, and relies entirely on the applicant supplying a full and complete application.
You will need to have obtained a Disclosure Certificate (CRB check) which is available from Disclosure Scotland (click here). A Basic Disclosure is the minimum requirement, but a valid (less than 3 months from the issue date) Standard or Enhanced disclosure can be submitted. Costs related to Disclosure must be paid by any prospective applicant direct to the Disclosure Certificate supplier.
