Joseph Pestell (mobile: 07752-865232)
Joseph has worked in business administration and marketing for several SMEs in a variety of industries including estate agency. He has also renovated properties and advised clients on property renovation and planning issues.
He is a council member on West Berkshire Chamber of Commerce (part of the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Group), Regional Organiser for Region 4 of the Institute of Home Inspection, and a member of the DCLG DEA Working Group, helping Government to formulate future policy in respect of domestic energy assessment and Home Information Packs.
He lives near Newbury with his partner, Clare, a chartered surveyor. Weekends are usually spent at their farm near Shaftesbury (Dorset) where they run holiday-lets and a small vineyard.
David Gearing (mobile: 07796-540207)
David worked locally in Estate Agency as Branch Manager for a major national company before pursuing a career in Production Management becoming a specialist in Quality Assurance (ISO 9002).
He lives in Andover with his wife. Leisure interests mainly revolve around sport including being a course marshal for the British Automobile Racing Club.
