TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By commissioning any work with Quidos Limited, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (we have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice). You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force when your order is accepted.

2. SERVICES ON OUR WEBSITE
Quidos reserves the right to revise or withdraw any of the services provided by us without notice. We also reserve the right to make changes to our prices without notice.

3. COMMISSIONING WORK
An offer for the commission of work can be made on our website, by email to orders@quidos.co.uk, or by telephone on (01225) 324131. Prior to any work being initiated, Quidos requires a written confirmation from the party who will be paying for the work, agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement confirms that delivery of work will not be made until payment has been received in full. If you are an account customer, the completed order form or email will serve as notification of this consent.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of our products and services will be that quoted in writing at the time Account customers may have independent agreements in place, but in the event of dispute a written price guide can be made available and is in any event final. Payment for all products or services may be made over the telephone using a credit or debit card, via BACs or by sending a cheque to our head office address: 10 Argyle Street, Bath, BA2 4BQ. Please note with the exception of account customers, products will not be released until payment has been received.

5. RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION
After an order has been received, cancellations may be possible but may incur a cancellation fee. Fees will cover any third party costs incurred by us in conjunction with any commissioned product or service. Due to the immediacy of some of our service delivery, cancellations should be made via telephone but we will require subsequent written confirmation to be effective. This can be made by email to operations@quidos.co.uk Quidos Limited reserves the right to refuse or suspend any order for products or services if it believes that it would not be reasonable to accept the order or continue work. The reason for the cancellation/suspension will be communicated in writing within 48 hours.

6. CANCELLATION FEES AND ADDITONAL COSTS
In the event that a cancellation is made, it is possible that some costs will have accrued, specifically with regards to the Home Information Pack. Any costs that are incurred prior to an instruction being cancelled will still be payable by the payee. In the event that any additional costs are incurred during the preparation or completion of any product or service ordered, these will be advised, if we are aware of them, in advance. We will always ask your permission to proceed where additional costs may be incurred.

7. DOCUMENTS PROVIDED BY YOU We will not be held liable for the loss of any documents you send to us and recommend that copies be made of any such documents prior to sending.

8. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU
Any information you provide us with may be relied upon by third parties. You must therefore ensure that all information provided by you is factual, correct, accurate, complete and valid.

9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES
Quidos Limited shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that any information supplied by third parties is obtained from suitably qualified and experienced sources which it believes to have the relevant degree of expertise and appropriate professional standing. Quidos Limited cannot be held liable for any errors/omissions in any such information or any delays caused as a result of late receipt.

10. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, or any Quidos product or service, without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract. Only the parties to a contract may seek to enforce its terms.

11. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Quidos Limited will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract caused by events outside our reasonable control.

12. COMPLAINTS
Quidos Limited takes complaints very seriously and has a formal written complaints procedure which is available on our website www.quidos.co.uk.

13. LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions and any Contracts entered into through this site will be governed by English law.
