What's in a Home Information Pack?
Quidos HIPs contain, as standard, all the basic required documents needed to produce a HIP:
• Index
• Energy performance certificate (EPC)
• Evidence of title
• Sale statement
• Copy lease or common hold agreement (if required)
• Standard searches (local authority and drainage and water)
All our Home information packs are delivered back electronically (PDF format) once searches are received, typically 7-10 working days from order.
Optional extras that make a HIP more informative for potential buyers, including:
• Legal Summary
• Authorised searches
• Chancel search
• Coal & Cheshire Brine search
Quidos is also able to provide a professionally bound printed copy of your HIP for £20 per copy (this includes delivery).
