- Complete HIP - £229.00 plus VAT for a freehold property and £249.00 plus VAT for a leasehold property. Whether the property is freehold or leasehold, the price you see is the price you pay. No hidden extras.
- Domestic Energy Assessor HIP - £149.00 plus VAT for a freehold property and £169.00 plus VAT for a leasehold property.A cost effective HIP, as above, but minus the EPC.
- Package Option - £399.00 plus VAT (Freehold HIP, EPC, Floorplans, Photography and Printed Brochure) Leasehold surcharge £20.00, printed HIP £20.00
